Luv My Oils.com Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Luv My Oils. Given we ship made to order products, handling times will vary from 2 to 7 business days. We know you are anxious for your product and we are anxious to get it to you, so please rest assured we are working as quickly as we can.
Shipping Rates:
At checkout, you will receive a customized shipping charge based on what speed of service and carrier you select (as well as the weight of the items purchased). You are welcome to select any available option based on your preference, giving you control over how much you pay for shipping. Please know that the quoted shipping rate will include a flat $2.00 handling fee for each order to help cover the costs of our time to prepare, package, and ship your items.
Tracking Information:
You will receive an email and/or a text message (depending on your selection at checkout) with tracking information when your item has shipped. Again, please allow up to 7 business days for the item to ship and you to receive that email after placing your order. If you have not received tracking information after 7 business days, please use the contact us link to reach out so we can research your order and provide a status update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that if the shipping carrier shows your item as delivered, Luv My Oils will not liable for its loss or theft thereafter. We encourage you to take steps to protect your packages so as to avoid loss or theft of your items.
Undeliverable/Refused Items
If we receive your item back as undeliverable or delivery is refused, we will not re-ship the item automatically. You will need to recreate the order, pay again, and we will ship at that point to a different address. Unless we hear from you within 5 business days of receipt of an undeliverable order with the replacement order, we will treat it as an unauthorized return and will not issue any refund. In instances where a replacement order is received within the required 5 business day time frame, please note that we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund for the original order of undeliverable items to cover our costs in receiving and handling the returned product.
